ยินดีต้อนรับสู่แอปพลิเคชัน LaundryBar ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ มีผลบังคับใช้กับการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันที่จัดทำโดย บริษัท ลอนดรี้บาร์ไทย จำกัด การเข้าถึงหรือการใช้แอปพลิเคชันนี้ หมายความว่าคุณยอมรับทีผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ หากคุณไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ โปรดอย่าใช้แอปพลิเคชัน
1. การใช้แอปพลิเคชัน
a. คุณสมบัติ: คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 7 ปีบริบูรณ์จึงจะใช้แอปพลิเคชันนี้ได้
b. การลงทะเบียนบัญชี: เพื่อเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์บางอย่างของแอปพลิเคชัน คุณอาจต้องลงทะเบียนบัญชี คุณยอมรับที่จะให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และครบถ้วนระหว่างกระบวนการลงทะเบียน และปรับปรุงข้อมูลดังกล่าวให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และครบถ้วน คุณต้องรับผิดชอบในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีของคุณและกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ
c. ใบอนุญาต: เรามอบใบอนุญาตแบบจำกัด ไม่ผูกขาด ไม่สามารถโอนถ่าย และเพิกถอนได้ในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการใช้งานส่วนบุคคลและไม่ใช่เพื่อการค้า ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
2. การปฏิบัติของผู้ใช้
คุณยอมรับที่จะไม่ใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือห้ามโดยข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ คุณยอมรับที่จะไม่:
a. ใช้แอปพลิเคชันในลักษณะที่อาจทำให้แอปพลิเคชันเสียหาย หนักหน่วง หรือถูกแทรกแซงกับการใช้และความเพลิดเพลินของผู้ใช้อื่น ๆ
b. พยายามเข้าถึงส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของแอปพลิเคชัน บัญชีอื่น ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือเครือข่ายที่เชื่อมต่อกับแอปพลิเคชันโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
c. อัปโหลด โพสต์ ส่ง หรือทำให้มีเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย อันตราย ข่มขู่ ดูหมิ่น ลามกอนาจาร หรือเป็นที่น่ารังเกียจ
d. ใช้อุปกรณ์ อัตโนมัติ กระบวนการ หรือวิธีการใด ๆ เพื่อเข้าถึงแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใด ๆ รวมถึงการเฝ้าติดตามหรือคัดลอกเนื้อหาใด ๆ บนแอปพลิเคชัน
3. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
แอปพลิเคชันและเนื้อหาทั้งหมด คุณลักษณะ และฟังก์ชันทั้งหมด (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงข้อมูล ซอฟต์แวร์ ข้อความ การแสดงผล ภาพกราฟิก วิดีโอ และเสียง) เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทเรา ผู้อนุญาตให้ใช้ และผู้ให้บริการรายอื่น ๆ และได้รับการคุ้มครองโดยลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า สิทธิบัตร ความลับทางการค้า และกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่น ๆ
4. การสิ้นสุดการใช้งาน
เราอาจยุติหรือระงับการเข้าถึงแอปพลิเคชันของคุณทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง หากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
5. การปฏิเสธความรับผิด

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยการโพสต์ข้อกำหนดใหม่ในแอปพลิเคชัน การใช้แอปพลิเคชันต่อไปหลังจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้จะถูกควบคุมและตีความตามกฎหมายไทย โดยไม่คำนึงถึงความขัดแย้งทางกฎหมาย

Welcome to the LaundryBar application. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the application provided by LaundryBar Thai Co., Ltd. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Use of the Application
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 7 years old to use this application.
b. Account Registration: To access certain features of the application, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
c. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:
a. Use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the application or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the application.
b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the application.
c. Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
d. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the application for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the application.
3. Intellectual Property
The application and any contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, graphics, video, and audio) are owned by our company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Termination of Use
We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the application.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms in the application. Your continued use of the application after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy Application
นโยบายการคืนเงินแอปพลิเคชัน LaundryBar
ข้อกำหนดการชำระเงินและการคืนเงิน
a. ระบบของเรารองรับการชำระเงินด้วยโทเคนb. โทเคนไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินและไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
c. ไม่รองรับการคืนเงินสำหรับยอดคงเหลือที่ไม่ได้ใช้
d. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
Payment & Refund Terms
a. Our system supports token-based payments.
b. Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
c. Refunds for unused balances are not supported.
d. Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
